This fellowship must be applied at the same time as submitting an application of entrance examination for the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences (GSFS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fellowship Sponsor(s):<\/strong>&nbsp;GSFS\/UTokyo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Host Institution(s):&nbsp;<\/strong>GSFS\/UTokyo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fellowship Worth:<\/strong>&nbsp;JPY 200,000\/month<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Number of Awards:&nbsp;<\/strong>Several<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Study Level:<\/strong>&nbsp;Doctoral<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nationality:<\/strong>\u00a0International Students<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This fellowship programme is open to;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Those who are applying for admission to a doctoral course of the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Those who hold a valid visa to stay in Japan as a \u201cCollege Student\u201d .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Those who are not applying and\/or planning to apply for fellowships or scholarships provided by private organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The fellows get JPY 200,000\/month<br>(Fellowship recipients must not submit any application for tuition exemption.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment period is for three years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application Procedure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong>: Applications for the University of Tokyo Fellowships for Foreign Applicants can be completed online with the following accompanying documents.
