Enterprise Grant{Up to $250,000}"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>USADF invites applications from registered African agricultural cooperatives, producer groups, processors, and enterprises for grant financing. \u00a0Grants will support solutions that extend your organization\u2019s own capabilities to increase your revenues, create jobs, improve farmer incomes, and achieve sustainable market-based growth.<br>USADF is accepting applications in the following countries:<br>Burkina Faso,\u00a0Cote d\u2019Ivoire,\u00a0Nigeria,\u00a0Somalia, and\u00a0South Sudan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/USADF-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12967\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The organization must demonstrate that it has successfully worked together for a minimum of 2 years, have a minimum of 200 active members or suppliers, and has the capability to effectively use grant funds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ownership and management must be in agreement on the problem to be addressed and have a commitment to benefit their community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organization must have basic functional management and financial controls for a minimum of 2 years to demonstrate the capability to account for USADF funds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizations must be 100% African-owned and led.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Successful Proposals Must<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Have a clearly defined market opportunity to grow revenues that can increase<br>incomes.<br>\u2022 Have a clearly defined plan of how they can increase revenues and incomes in 2- 4<br>years.<br>\u2022 Be able to make significant cash or in-kind contributions to the project.<br>\u2022 Be able to directly impact hundreds of people and community members.<br>\u2022 Be able to identify a path for growth after the USADF grant ends.<br>\u2022 Special consideration will be given to applications that incorporate innovative<br>strategies to make use of new approaches and technologies, including<br>complementary finance and information technology.<br>\u2022 Special consideration will also be given to women-owned organizations and<br>applications that promote youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application instructions<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your submission must include the following information from your organization:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>financial statements for the last 2 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>registration document<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>completed grant application form, in English, or French<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications must be in the sectors identified above for each country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications can be no more than US $250,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit all documents in one e-mail&nbsp;to the e-mail address found in your country\u2019s call for proposal by the specified deadline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download a copy of the grant application form here:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/usadf.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/inline-files\/USADF%20Application%20English_0.docx\">English Application<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
