The students of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, have given the LAUTECH chapter of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) Three days to withdraw from the ongoing strike. The ultimatum which was contained in a statement jointly signed by the Students Union President, Comrade. Anuoluwa Adeboye, and Public Relations Officer, Gabriel Michael.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The student union released this in a statement, made available to newsmen on Friday in Ibadan, where they urged LAUTECH lecturers to “toe the path” of lecturers at the Kwara State University (KWASU) who opted out of the strike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The LAUTECH students\u2019 further pointed out that if LAUTECH Chapter of ASUU persist on being part of the union, they will be seen as enemies and it will resort to confrontation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
