The MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) offers scholarships to professionals for short courses in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The overall aim of the MSP is to contribute to sustainable democratic transition in the participating countries. While the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/studygreen.info\/category\/scholarship-links\/\"><strong>scholarship<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0is awarded to individuals, all candidates must be nominated by their employer to be able to participate. The need for training has to be demonstrated in the context of the organisation the applicant is employed by.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarship Sponsor(s):<\/strong>&nbsp;Funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and managed by Nuffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarships to be taken at<\/strong>: The Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarship Type<\/strong>: Full Scholarships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarship level<\/strong>: Postgraduate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Number of Awards<\/strong>: Several.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarship Worth<\/strong>: Fully-Funded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nationality<\/strong>:\u00a0 International Students<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for an MSP scholarship:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>one must be a professional and national of, and living and working in one of the countries on the MSP country list valid at the time of application;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>one must have a current employer\u2019s statement that complies with the format Nuffic has provided. All information must be provided and all commitments that are included in the format must be endorsed in the statement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>one must not be employed by an organisation that has its own means of staff development. Organisations that are considered to have their own means of staff development are for example: \u2013 multinational corporations (e.g. Shell, Unilever, Microsoft); \u2013 large national and\/or a large commercial organisation; \u2013 bilateral donor organisations (e.g. USAID, DFID, Danida, Sida, Dutch ministry of Foreign affairs, FinAid, AusAid, ADC, SwissAid); \u2013 multilateral donor organisations, (e.g. a UN organisation, the World Bank, the IMF, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, IADB); \u2013 international NGO\u2019s (e.g. Oxfam, Plan, Care).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>one must have an official and valid passport (valid at least 3 months after the candidate submission date);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>one must have a government statement that meets the requirements of the country in which the employer is established (if applicable);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the age of the MSP candidate must not exceed 45 years of age at the time of the grant submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the candidate must not receive more than one MSP scholarship for courses that take place at the same time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligible Countries<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul
