Successful competitors will have the opportunity to connect with peers from around the world at the Global Finals held every year to celebrate their entrepreneurial drive and accomplishments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Host: Entrepreneur\u2019s organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Category:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/scholarshipregion.com\/category\/scholarships\/competitions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Competitions<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligible Countries: All Countries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reward: $100,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Details:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Showcase your tenacious spirit by competing in your local or national country competition. Connect with your local entrepreneurial ecosystem and, if you advance to the top level of competition, expand that opportunity to connect with peers from across the globe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must be enrolled for the current academic year in a university\/college as an undergraduate or graduate* student at the time of application. Full-time enrollment is not required; part-time enrollment is acceptable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be the owner, founder or controlling shareholder of your student business. Each company can be represented by only one owner\/co-founder \u2013 studentpreneur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your student business must have been in operation for at least six consecutive months prior to the application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your business must have generated US $500 or received US $1000 in investments at the time of application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should not have been one of the final round competitors from any previous year\u2019s GSEA Global Finals Competition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The age cap for participation is 30 years of age.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duration and Reward<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the Global Finals, students compete for a total prize package of US$100,000in cash and first place receives US$50,000. Second place will receive US$20,000and third place will receive US$10,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evaluation Process<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The criteria for our student entrepreneur competition is split into two parts and focuses primarily on your journey as an entrepreneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Part 1: Evaluation of the Student Entrepreneur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The student entrepreneur demonstrates the tenacious spirit needed to succeed as an entrepreneur. They have encountered challenges, overcome them, and learned from their mistakes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The student entrepreneur is effectively integrating the two roles of life \u2013 as a student AND a business owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The student demonstrates a desire to build a better tomorrow. They aim to improve a process or solve a problem with motivations not solely based on driving profits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EO Core Value #1 \u2013 Trust and Respect \u2013 The student has demonstrated an appropriate degree of trust and respect in his\/her interactions with the judges. They are true to self, demonstrating vulnerability and openness, and are trustworthy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EO Core Value #2 \u2013 Thirst for Learning \u2013 The student is seeking out expert advice and wisdom, and proactively growing his\/her own knowledge. They are naturally curious.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EO Core Value #3 \u2013 Think Big, Be Bold \u2013 The student is taking smart risks and evolving to meet changing circumstances. They aim to make positive change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EO Core Value #4 \u2013 Together We Grow \u2013 The student is open-minded, adds value to the entrepreneurial community and is committed to helping others grow. They value diversity and inclusivity in life and business.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Part 2: Evaluate the Student Business<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Has the student demonstrated a knowledge of strong business fundamentals?
