The scholarship is open to students who are citizens of, or normally resident in developing countries that will take care of the tuition fees, return airfare to Ireland, and a stipend of \u20ac1000 per month for a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scholarships will enable highly motivated students from developing countries gain skills and knowledge to make an immense impact on issues bordering on their professional lives.
