The program is managed by OPITO and is aimed at creating sustainable pipeline of skilled and competent technicians globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Successful applicants will complete a four-year apprenticeship across\u00a0four disciplines: instrument and control, electrical maintenance mechanical maintenance, and process operations. Apprentices gain recognized qualifications and practical training while working alongside OGTAP sponsoring companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Program Sponsors:&nbsp;<\/strong>OPITO and supporting Companies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Program Type:<\/strong>&nbsp;Apprenticeship Program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Program Location<\/strong>:&nbsp; Not specified<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Program Duration<\/strong>: 4 Years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Available Slot:&nbsp;<\/strong>Several<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Basic Qualifications<\/strong>: Not specified<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nationality<\/strong>: Nigerians<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicants must have a National Identity Number (NIN) before applying for the OGTAP Scheme. Applicants are to note that they will be required to verify their NIN before proceeding with the application (NIMC verification charges apply).
