The Federal Government will collaborate with the State Governments, Honourable Ministers, NASME (Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises), Senators, and House of Representative Members, who will use the Federal Government\u2019s selection criteria below to shortlist the beneficiaries from their constituents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The target beneficiaries are 70% women and youth, 10% people with disabilities, and 5% senior citizens, while the remaining 15% is distributed to other demographics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Target Sectors for the Scheme<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the business that are eligible to apply to the scheme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Traders<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These include single retail marketers, corner shop owners, petty traders, market men and women in open markets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Food Services<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These include food and vegetable Vendors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ICT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These include business centre operators, battery chargers, recharge card vendors, call centre agents<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Transportation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These include wheelbarrow pushers, independent dispatch riders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Creatives<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These include makeup artists, fashion designers, drycleaners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Artisans<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These include vulcanizers, shoemakers, painters, repairers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
