Over a 3- to 4-month period, you\u2019ll embark on a journey to think and operate like a top African business professional. The time commitment is around 40 hours per month. All participants of the first cohort will receive a free scholarship. Apply and be a part of shaping Africa\u2019s future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Become an allrounder in business that can solve any challenge. Upon completing this training, you will be a true asset to any company that is seeking young professional talent. You will understand what it means to do business in Africa. And you will have built up your unique profile as a leader and professional that can inspire teams. Candidates who graduate successfully will have access to exciting work opportunities across Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To qualify, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;Must be aged between 18-35 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have full fluency in written and verbal English,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Hail from the African continent or the diaspora,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a university degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pan-African Focus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dive into Africa\u2019s history and current economic context, understanding how the continent fits into the global landscape.
