Seyi Makinde, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, in a letter titled \u201cEstablishment of Federal Polytechnic, Ayede, Ogo-Oluwa Local Government Area, Oyo State\u201d, dated January 29, 2021, with reference number DHE\/POLY49\/c.1\/11\/351, by the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Education, Arc. Sonny G. T.
