National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has accredited eight more National Diploma (ND) programmes in Federal Polytechnic Ayede, Oyo State, Ibadan. This is consequent upon the resources\u2019 inspection exercise carried out by the NBTE between December 27 and December 30, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to a statement released by the institution\u2019s protocols and public relations officer, Sunday Adepoju, the 8 approved ND programmes, according to a letter dated January 17, 2024, by the NBTE executive secretary, Prof. Idris Bugaje, to the rector of the institution, Engr. Taofeek Abdul-Hameed, are Electrical Electronics Engineering Technology, Accountancy, Business Administration and Management, Public Administration, Agriculture Planning, Estate Management and Valuation, Tourism Management Technology<\/strong><\/em> and admission was in progress in all the ND programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Abdul-Hameed thanked the NBTE, the management, academic board and the polytechnic community for their relentless effort towards achieving the approval of the programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In his words, \u201cThe approval from NBTE serves as a testament to the Institution\u2019s commitment to providing high-quality technical education in these crucial fields.
