Together with the Est\u00e9e Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, we aim to champion women leaders across diverse sectors, industries, and experiences who want to create positive social impact in their communities and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When women advance, the world succeeds. Whether you are an entrepreneur, activist, non-profit leader, or someone with a bold vision for change, you can have a profound impact. We need leaders across every industry and every community\u00a0who use their power, influence, and passion to make positive change. And we know that women\u2019s leadership will accelerate progress in our communities, offices, and boardrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is at least 18 years old&nbsp;at the time of application and identifies as a woman<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has an established social impact&nbsp;organization, business, initiative, OR\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is a key decision-maker&nbsp;of their social impact organization, business, initiative, OR\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has a clear vision for an&nbsp;organization, business, or initiative&nbsp;with an explicit social purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is proficient in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Benefits:<\/strong><br>Through participating in the VV Visionaries program, participants&nbsp;will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete the Vital Voices Leadership Journey, a 7-week virtual course focused on developing the&nbsp;soft skills&nbsp;required for leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn lessons in leadership from Est\u00e9e Lauder executives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive a certificate of completion upon completing the fellowship\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunity to&nbsp;participate in an annual in-person Summit&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Join the Vital Voices global network of more than 20,000 women leaders from around the world<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Commitment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fully participate in the\u00a07-week program, which\u00a0includes 2-4 hours per week of live virtual sessions and weekly\u00a0assignments. Participants should\u00a0have\u00a0<strong>no more than 2 absences&nbsp;<\/strong>to remain in good standing.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sessions are typically held&nbsp;on weekdays in the morning (Eastern Time).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit regular updates to Vital Voices throughout the&nbsp;program and remain in contact with Vital Voices after the program to share success stories, conduct follow-up surveys about your progress, pursue further opportunities for awards or visibility, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical Requirements and Accessibility:<\/strong><br>The VV Visionaries program will be&nbsp;<strong>virtual<\/strong>.
