{"id":19564,"date":"2024-03-11T15:01:00","date_gmt":"2024-03-11T15:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/?p=19564"},"modified":"2024-03-11T15:01:07","modified_gmt":"2024-03-11T15:01:07","slug":"aga-khan-foundation-scholarship-2024-fully-funded","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/aga-khan-foundation-scholarship-2024-fully-funded\/","title":{"rendered":"Aga Khan Foundation Scholarship 2024 | Fully Funded"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Aga Khan Foundation Scholarship provides a number of fully funded scholarships each year for postgraduate studies to outstanding indigent students from developing countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Aga Khan Foundation Scholarship award covers your tuition fees and living expenses and is granted for the entire duration of the degree course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>have excellent academic records;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hold a Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent training\/professional experience;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>demonstrate genuine financial need;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>construct a thoughtful, reliable, multi-source funding plan;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be admitted to a reputable postgraduate institution; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have strong leadership potential, professional experience, extracurricular and\/or entrepreneurial achievements, and volunteer contributions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: preference is given to young professionals under 30 years of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00a0Benefits:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Foundation assists students with tuition fees and living expenses only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funding is only provided for the first two years of study, after which the students are expected to find alternative sources of assistance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AKF ISP gives priority to Master\u2019s programmes but will also consider applications for PhD studies.
