This program is for&nbsp;emerging leaders, entrepreneurs who are 40 or under, with diverse ethnic, religious, economic, geographic&nbsp;and gender experiences. Ideal entrepreneurs are in a leadership role, and are dedicated full-time to their organization that&#8217;s over 1-year-old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SELECTION PROCESS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We want fellows who are fully able to commit to us and our program. We want fellows who seek mentorship, who are eager to be coached and posses a growth mindset. Social entrepreneurs who are scaling their enterprises and looking to develop\u00a0leadership skills to best drive their businesses and teams to success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APPLICATION PROCESS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PHASE I: PRELIMINARY QUESTIONNAIRE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>May &#8211; June<\/strong><br>Phase I consists of a preliminary questionnaire that is reviewed for alignment with Fellowship criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to be considered for the fellowship, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>*Enterprise that the candidate leads is at least one-year old;<\/li><li>*Enterprise must have at least one full-time employee in addition to the candidate;<\/li><li>*Candidate is under 40 years of age (if 40 or older, explain rationale for joining fellowship);<\/li><li>*Candidate should not be currently receiving formal coaching\/mentoring support;<\/li><li>Candidate has to be in a position where s\/he has decision making power.<\/li><li>\u00a0Candidates who meet the requirements\u00a0will be invited to participate in Phase II of the application process.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PHASE II: COMPREHENSIVE APPLICATION<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July &#8211; August<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phase II of the application has a video and written component.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>You will be asked to record<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;a short that addresses the following topics:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;&#8211; Your motivation to set-up your enterprise<\/li><li>&#8211; The mission and objectives of your enterprise<\/li><li>&#8211; The reasons why you and your enterprise are unique<\/li><li>and address a specific problem more effectively than other enterprises.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong><u>You will provide written answers to questions<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;that assess your&nbsp;leadership, the enterprise, and social impact.&nbsp;<br>Each candidate\u2019s video and written application will be reviewed and scored on a 1-5 scale, 1 being the lowest score and 5 being the highest score. Candidates with the highest cumulative scores will advance to Phase III.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PHASE III: INTERVIEW<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>October &#8211; November<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Part III of the application consists of a 30-minute video interview.\u00a0Candidates will be required to invite 1 attendee to their interview. This must be someone who knows the candidate and their work. It can be a colleague or a community member impacted by their work. Both the candidate and attendee are expected to be present throughout the\u00a0 interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELIGIBILITY FOR ENTREPRENEURS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enterprise that the candidate leads is at least two years old;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enterprise must have at least one full-time employee in addition to the candidate;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Candidate is committed full\u2010time to running his\/her enterprise;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Candidate is under 40 years of age (if 40 or older, explain rationale for joining fellowship);<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Candidates should not be currently receiving formal coaching\/mentoring support;if they are applying for other fellowships within the 2022 fellowship cycle, please make sure it is indicated within your application.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Candidate has to be in a position where s\/he has decision making power.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELIGIBILITY FOR ORGANIZATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Organization can be a for profit, non-profit or hybrid.<\/li><li>Organization can be international, domestic or both.<\/li><li>Can be a for-profit, hybrid, or undecided venture, as long as the core mission is to create measurable social change.<\/li><li>The Global Good Fund fellowship is primarily focused on selecting enterprises in the following sectors: Financial Technology, Environment, Education, Economic Mobility and Health however we will consider applicants who fall outside of these areas as related to their potential for social impact and systematic change.<\/li><li>Organization has a set and sound business model with the ability to scale in the long term.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FAQS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHAT IF I DO NOT FIT ALL THE CRITERIA?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bb &nbsp;You can still apply. Just be sure to make a note in your application why you don\u2019t meet a criteria, and why you should still be considered for the fellowship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>HOW MANY FELLOWS DO YOU SELECT?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bb &nbsp;It varies year to year. It\u2019s important that you are working full-time at your enterprise so that you can also give time to us during your experience in the fellowship.
