The tenure for the internship will be from July 2022 to December 2022. The Program is also a strategy to build a pipeline of young pan-African leaders to provide a sustainable path for good governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Next Generation Resource Governance Leaders Program is a six-month internship that intends to balance a dose of theory with real-world application and equip participants with the requisite multi-disciplinary intellectual development, practical skills, and research abilities to think in more innovative ways to solve complex governance challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Company\/Organisation(s):&nbsp;<\/strong>Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Type:<\/strong>&nbsp;Graduate Internship Program<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Location<\/strong>: Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Duration<\/strong>: 6 Months<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Available Slot:&nbsp;<\/strong>Several<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications<\/strong>: Young Graduates<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nationality<\/strong>: Africans<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ACEP Internships Program 2022&nbsp;<\/strong>|&nbsp;<strong>What to Expect<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The NextGen Leaders will deliver timely and quality evidence-based policy analysis, training, and advocacy through strong collaborations, ensuring that the ACEP remains a thought-leader in Africa\u2019s energy and the extractive policy space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Contribute to writing research reports and policy briefs on the energy and extractives sector of Africa.<\/li><li>Support media engagement activities on ACEP\u2019s outputs and position on energy and extractive sector issues in Africa.<\/li><li>Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of annual programmes<\/li><li>Support organizational development activities.<\/li><li>Support in resource mobilization efforts, including grants and proposal writing.<\/li><li>Contribute to programme management, monitoring and evaluation (M&amp;E) activities.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible this internship opportunity, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Applicants must be a young African who demonstrates a passion for ensuring the vast extractive resources in Africa translates to sustainable and inclusive development.
