Plus practical work readiness workshops and ongoing mentorship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phase 2 (3 months):<\/strong>\u00a0A 3-month venture incubation or high-impact internship completes the journey \u2013 equipping fellows as outstanding builders, ready to create sustainable solutions that breathe life into communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fellows on a venture-pathway option will be placed into a 3-month venture building guided by expert EIRs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fellows on a job-pathway option will be placed into 3-month internship roles in companies globally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each fellow will be matched with a top redemptive tech\/entrepreneurial leader for regular 1:1s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility<\/strong> Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open to driven software engineers, product designers,s or innovators (exceptions may apply).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A believer with a purpose-driven approach to life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A cerebral thinker with superior cognitive capacities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enjoys multiple hobbies, particularly obscure and unique ones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates agency in various scenarios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibits multiple intelligences according to Howard Gardner\u2019s theory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates the ability to commit to the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age range: 18-26 (exceptions in rare cases).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline: July 10, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/braveredemptive.com\/\">HERE<\/a>&nbsp;to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you a Christ-following software engineer, product designer or innovator?
