women\u2019s empowerment, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UNDP\u2019s digital transformation focuses on developing the organization\u2019s capability to leverage existing, emerging and future digital technologies and the opportunities they offer to profoundly improve the way UNDP creates and delivers value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Available Associate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IoT Operations Support Internship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Internship Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be considered for the UNDP Global Internship, you must meet one of the following educational requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be enrolled in a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher), or.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree program (undergraduate; minimum bachelor\u2019s level or equivalent); or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have graduated with a university degree (first university degree, or second university degree or equivalent, or higher) and, if selected, must commence the internship within a one-year period of graduation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interest\/Experience in one of the workstream areas is desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UNDP Internship Duration and Reward<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The expected duration of the internship is 6 months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UNDP interns are eligible to receive a monthly stipend, with the rate that varies depending on the duty location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The stipend will be paid monthly, and part-time internship arrangements are prorated accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Competencies for UNDP Internship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Account Management:\u00a0Has interest and understanding of customer-oriented service delivery process including procurement, logistics and\/or finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Think Innovatively:\u00a0Look beyond conventional approaches and established methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem Solving:\u00a0Has a Proactive hands-on approach, also when operating with limited information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication:\u00a0Communicates effectively when working in teams and has a Proactive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn Continuously:\u00a0Proactively seek feedback, demonstrates a desire to learn from others as well as from experiences, both positive and negative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration:\u00a0Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage and Partner:\u00a0Demonstrate and encourage teamwork and co-creation internally and externally to achieve joint objectives and result<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other competencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Database management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented, preferably with previous administrative and office management experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eager to learn
