{"id":24716,"date":"2024-10-10T10:33:12","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T10:33:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/?p=24716"},"modified":"2024-10-10T10:33:15","modified_gmt":"2024-10-10T10:33:15","slug":"jim-leech-mastercard-foundation-fellowship-for-africans-2025-15000","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/jim-leech-mastercard-foundation-fellowship-for-africans-2025-15000\/","title":{"rendered":"Jim Leech Mastercard Foundation Fellowship For Africans 2025 ($15,000)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Jim Leech Mastercard Foundation Fellowship gives African students and recent graduates the opportunity to access training, resources, financial support and a network of mentors to develop their entrepreneurial skills and start building their own venture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Jim Leech Fellowship 2025 provides opportunities to pitch for prizes of up to $15,000 in the pitch competition and receive a stipend of $500 at the end of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be students and recent graduates from all academic disciplines, and from any African post-secondary institution.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be already working on a business or are looking to start something new<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be committed to developing their entrepreneurial mindset and taking advantage of the resources provided to develop their own enterprise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The program is delivered virtually and can be completed at any pace, however the most committed participants will commit at least 10 hours per week. In order to progress through the program phases, participants will submit assignments online, adhering to strict deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The program content is delivered in English. Mentorship may be offered in English and French. Assignments and pitches must be completed in English.
