{"id":25148,"date":"2024-10-24T14:45:47","date_gmt":"2024-10-24T14:45:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/?p=25148"},"modified":"2024-10-24T14:45:49","modified_gmt":"2024-10-24T14:45:49","slug":"university-of-leicester-undergraduate-scholarship-in-uk-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/university-of-leicester-undergraduate-scholarship-in-uk-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"University of Leicester Undergraduate Scholarship in UK 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The University of Leicester Undergraduate Scholarship is an international tuition fee discount award to students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The University of Leicester Undergraduate Merit Scholarship is a \u00a320,000 award (valued at \u00a35,000 per year) for international applicants for undergraduate degrees offered by the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must be classified as an international student for fee purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be starting a full-time, campus-based undergraduate course*, commencing in\u00a0<strong>September 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The fee discount will be calculated on the basis of the standard tuition fee for each year of your course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The scholarship will be awarded for a maximum of three years and will not apply for periods of industrial placement or overseas exchange, resit years or if you suspend your studies for any reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In accordance with scholarship guidelines, students are allowed to hold only one University of Leicester scholarship.
