{"id":25556,"date":"2024-11-12T14:47:53","date_gmt":"2024-11-12T14:47:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/?p=25556"},"modified":"2024-11-12T14:47:56","modified_gmt":"2024-11-12T14:47:56","slug":"microsoft-nonprofit-tech-acceleration-program-grants-discounts-software-services-consulting-resources","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/microsoft-nonprofit-tech-acceleration-program-grants-discounts-software-services-consulting-resources\/","title":{"rendered":"Microsoft Nonprofit Tech Acceleration Program (Grants, Discounts, Software Services, Consulting resources)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Through the Nonprofit Tech Acceleration program, our onboarding concierge team can match your organization with the technical&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/msmeafricaonline.com\/call-for-applications-microsoft-nonprofit-tech-acceleration-program-grants-discounts-software-services-consulting-resources\/#\">&nbsp;software<\/a>, services, consulting resources, software grants and discounts that will help increase the impact of your mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Am I eligible?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Microsoft\u2019s nonprofit grants and discounts are specifically for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/nonprofits\/eligibility\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eligible organizations.<\/a>&nbsp;To qualify for the granted offers, all organizations must meet the following qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hold recognized,\u00a0<strong>legal 501c3<\/strong>\u00a0charitable status as defined under the United States Internal Revenue Code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nonprofit that is primarily focused on supporting underserved communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operate on a\u00a0<strong>not-for-profit<\/strong>\u00a0basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a mission to benefit the broader community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attest to Microsoft\u2019s anti-discrimination policy.<sup>1<\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only assign licenses to eligible staff.<sup>2<\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only use the licenses for their organization and not license partner, affiliate, or sister organizations.<sup>3<\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not be classified as one of the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Governmental organizations<\/strong>\u00a0or agencies, including governmental museums, international governmental organizations, and United Nations\u202fEntities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Schools, colleges, and universities<\/strong>\u202fincluding formal educational institutions, nonprofit\u202fschools,\u202fand academic\u202fmuseums.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Healthcare organizations<\/strong>\u202fincluding, but not limited to, hospitals, healthcare networks, health plans, and ambulatory\/outpatient healthcare organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Public Utilities,<\/strong>\u202fincluding public transportation, telecommunications, and utilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financial institutions,<\/strong>\u202fincluding banks, insurance providers, and pension and retirement funds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professional, commerce and trade\u202fassociations.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professional and semi-professional sports\u202forganizations,<\/strong>\u202fincluding governing bodies, Olympics, and national or international tournaments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Political, labor, and fraternal\u202forganizations.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refurbishers\u202f<\/strong>that will be installing the software on refurbished\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/msmeafricaonline.com\/call-for-applications-microsoft-nonprofit-tech-acceleration-program-grants-discounts-software-services-consulting-resources\/#\">\u00a0computers<\/a>\u00a0to be distributed or donated to nonprofits or schools.
