You will also get mentorship and networking opportunity to become a member of global professionals if selected for this scholarship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More about the Swedish Institute SI Scholarship will be discussed in the subsequent paragraphs of this post, including the requirements, and how to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a citizen and resident of one of our programme countries:Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Ethiopia, Georgia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Morocco, Nigeria, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Thailand, Uganda, Ukraine, Vietnam, Zambia<em>*Ukrainian applicants who reside outside of Ukraine are eligible to apply.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a leadership position, such as CEO or senior executive, in a medium to large company with a mandate to spearhead strategic changes throughout their business.<br>\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be at least 30 years old (born 1994 at the latest).<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a good working knowledge of both written and spoken English.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a completed post-secondary education (the equivalent of a bachelor\u2019s degree or greater).<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be willing to actively participate, provide support and share their experience and knowledge with other participants.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have identified business needs or problems that could be worked on during the programme to help their company improve its contribution to a more sustainable world.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full tuition fee coverage.<\/strong>\u00a0The fee is paid directly by SI to your Swedish university each semester.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A monthly allowance of SEK 12,000<\/strong>\u00a0to cover your living expenses throughout the study period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A travel grant of SEK 15,000\u00a0<\/strong><em>(*10,000 for scholars from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine)<\/em>. This is a one-time payment and does not apply for students already living in Sweden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Membership in\u00a0<\/strong><strong>the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/si.se\/en\/how-we-work\/build-relations-and-networks\/si-network-for-global-professionals\/\">SI Network for Future Global Professionals<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(NFGP) \u2013 a platform to help you grow professionally and build a network while in Sweden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>After your scholarship period has ended<\/strong>, you become a member of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/si.se\/en\/si-alumni-network\/\">the SI Alumni Network<\/a>.
