{"id":27417,"date":"2025-02-13T15:28:45","date_gmt":"2025-02-13T15:28:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/?p=27417"},"modified":"2025-02-13T15:28:48","modified_gmt":"2025-02-13T15:28:48","slug":"2025-allan-and-nesta-ferguson-charitable-trust-masters-scholarships-uk-fully-funded","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/2025-allan-and-nesta-ferguson-charitable-trust-masters-scholarships-uk-fully-funded\/","title":{"rendered":"2025 Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust Masters Scholarships UK (Fully Funded)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The University of Sheffield in the UK is pleased to announce the 2025 Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust Masters Scholarships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>University of Sheffield Allan &amp; Nesta Ferguson Scholarships offer scholarships for international students from developing countries for a number of courses that are affiliated with the Sheffield Institute for International Development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each University of Sheffield Allan and Nesta Ferguson Scholarship provides funding that covers the full tuition fee of the selected candidates and a maintenance stipend of \u00a312,500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be considered for the University of Sheffield Allan and Nesta Ferguson Scholarship, you must meet the following conditions&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>hold an\u00a0offer for one of the following courses to study at the University of Sheffield in the 2025-26\u00a0academic year:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>International Development MA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmental Change and International Development MSc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International Development (Masters in Public Health) MPH<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International Law and Global Justice LLM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International Political Economy MA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Global Journalism MA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International Public and Political Communication MA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be classified as overseas for tuition fee purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must not already hold a qualification that is of an equivalent or higher level to the course you are applying for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must not have previously studied outside of your country of residence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be self-funded to receive this award, ie\u00a0not funded by a research council, government, private enterprise, charity or any similar organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This scholarship cannot be awarded in conjunction with any other funding awards, either from the University of Sheffield or external sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your mode of attendance must be full-time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must begin your studies at the University of Sheffield in 2025.
