Together with the Est\u00e9e Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, this signature program will champion women leaders across diverse sectors, industries, and experiences who want to create positive social impact in their communities and beyond.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is at least 18 years old\u00a0at the time of application and identifies as a woman<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has an established social impact\u00a0organization, business, initiative, OR\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is a key decision-maker\u00a0of their social impact organization, business, initiative, OR\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has a clear vision for an\u00a0organization, business, or initiative\u00a0with an explicit social purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is proficient in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete the Vital Voices Leadership Journey, a 7-week virtual course focused on developing the\u00a0soft skills\u00a0required for leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn lessons in leadership from Est\u00e9e Lauder executives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive a certificate of completion upon completing the program\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have an opportunity to\u00a0apply for\u00a0an annual in-person Summit\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Join the Vital Voices global network of more than\u00a047,000\u00a0women leaders from around the world<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Three cohorts of 50 women visionaries over the age of 18 will participate in a 7-week immersive virtual experience built on the proven leadership model of Vital Voices, incorporating lessons in leadership from Est\u00e9e Lauder executives and Vital Voices Global Network leaders.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants from all three cohorts will have the chance to be selected for one annual in-person experience that provides deeper training and investment in their personal leadership journeys.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Program Commitment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fully participate in the\u00a07-week program, which\u00a0includes 2-4 hours per week of live virtual sessions and weekly\u00a0assignments. Participants should\u00a0have\u00a0<strong>no more than 2 absences\u00a0<\/strong>to remain in good standing.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sessions are typically held\u00a0on weekdays in the morning (Eastern Time).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit regular updates to Vital Voices throughout the\u00a0program and remain in contact with Vital Voices after the program to share success stories, conduct follow-up surveys about your progress, pursue further opportunities for awards or visibility, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete surveys up to one year after the end of the program.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical Requirements and Accessibility:<\/strong><br>The VV Visionaries program will be&nbsp;<strong><u>virtual<\/u><\/strong>.
