Applications for the Imperial College London Undergraduate Scholarships are now open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recipients of the Imperial College London Scholarship for Undergraduates will receive a cash bursary of \u00a320,000 per year, payable for a maximum of 4 academic years.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a household income of \u00a342,000 or less confirmed by their local funding authority (SFE, SFW, SAAS or SFNI)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a Home fee status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be classed as from a \u2018widening participation\u2019 background.\u00a0You must qualify for our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.imperial.ac.uk\/study\/apply\/undergraduate\/process\/admissions-schemes\/\">contextual admissions schemes<\/a>.\u00a0If you have any questions about the eligibility criteria for the Admissions schemes,\u00a0please\u00a0contact the relevant admissions team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan to commence their undergraduate course in the Department of Chemical Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering in 2025\/26<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have an offer of admission from the College to study a three-year or four-year full-time undergraduate course in the Department of Chemical Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful Scholar will receive a cash bursary \u00a320,000 per year, payable for a maximum of 4 academic years.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How To Apply?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit a student finance application and be \u2018means-tested\u2019 by Student Finance England (SFE) or equivalent funding authority. \u2018Means-tested\u2019 is when a student submits details of their household income, to help their student finance body assess how much they\u2019re eligible to receive in maintenance support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To be considered for this scholarship, your household income information must be less than \u00a342,000 per annum and must be confirmed to us by SFE by the deadline of 11:59 pm (UK local time), Friday 30th May 2025. SFE can take up to 8 weeks to assess applications so in order to be eligible for the scholarship, it is recommended that you apply to be means tested as soon as the applications for the student loan open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please make sure you consent to share with the College your household income information (Your household income is your parents\u2019 or partner\u2019s income, plus yours) to SFE.
