The AfricaNenda Foundation seeks a Program Support Intern, to provide support to the Advocacy and Capacity Development team initiatives:
\u00a0Research and analysis<\/strong>:\u00a0Conduct desk research to support team presentations
o Monitor and track industry trends and advocacy platforms\/ moments for leverage
o Assist in creating materials e.g. presentations, reports, briefs, etc. for advocacy and capacity development initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Amplification support<\/strong> Project management and reporting<\/strong> Data management and organization<\/strong> Annual campaign execution<\/strong> \u00a0Skill development and adaptability<\/strong> IV. Required Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n A bachelor\u2019s degree in project management, business administration, international relations, social sciences, or a related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n Strong research and analytical skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English<\/p>\n\n\n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<\/p>\n\n\n\n Strong organizational abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n Attention to detail and accuracy in data management<\/p>\n\n\n\n Passionate about financial inclusion, digital payments, or digital financial services<\/p>\n\n\n\n Self-motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude<\/p>\n\n\n\n Adaptable and quick learner<\/p>\n\n\n\n Strong interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n Basic project management skills, familiarity with data analysis and reporting techniques<\/p>\n\n\n\n Knowledge of social media tools and digital platforms<\/p>\n\n\n\n Understanding of the digital financial services ecosystem and current industry trends is desirable<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fluency in additional relevant languages (English plus French\/Arabic\/Portuguese) is an advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Support the organization of virtual and physical amplification platforms and capacity development in collaboration with all teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Develop and maintain project tracking tools ensure timely updates
o Assist in meeting documentation and follow-up<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Maintain and update stakeholder contact lists for various initiatives
o Track engagement metrics and stakeholder interactions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Assist in implementing cross-functional campaign activities in collaboration with different teams within AfricaNenda<\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of project management, advocacy and capacity development
o Develop flexibility by handling diverse tasks as assigned<\/p>\n\n\n\n
