The programme is an environment that enables your success through the support and access to coaching and mentorship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Duration:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each rotation is typically six months to ensure each graduate rotates through at least four business units for maximum exposure.
