The scholarship will shine a light on five incredible young leaders who are promoting the socially and environmentally sustainable and responsible use of AI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selected scholars will be leading initiatives that are aligned with one or more of four pillars of action, namely:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utilising AI as a tool to actively tackle social harm, and promote social equity and wellbeing.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilising AI as a tool to promote sustainability and tackle climate change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducing the negative social impacts caused by the misuse of AI.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducing the negative environmental impacts associated with AI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This programme will enable an interdisciplinary cohort of five young leaders to participate in the One Young World Summit 2025, where they will be eligible to present their solutions to a global audience. The Brandtech Group is committed to identifying mentorship and networking opportunities from our network to help accelerate the scholars\u2019 impact.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aged 18 to\u00a030* at the time of the One Young World Summit 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated capacity for leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track record of generating impactful and innovative solutions.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of key local and\/or global issues.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nationals of all countries will be eligible to apply for this scholarship.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to engage with fellow scholarship recipients and the Brandtech Group employees who are also attending the Summit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligible candidates will be making a positive impact through their work to promote the responsible use of AI.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>* Most delegates are between the ages of 18 and 30.
