Candidates who are pursuing a Master\u2019s degree are eligible to apply if the degree will be awarded before the start date of the YPP Program. Master\u2019s degree obtained less than 4 years from the application deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Citizenship:<\/strong>\u00a0Be a citizen of a\u00a0<strong>member-country<\/strong>\u00a0of the IsDB (however. up to 25% of selected candidates from each cohort can be from Muslim communities in\u00a0<strong>non-Member Countries<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language:<\/strong>\u00a0Excellent\u00a0<strong>oral and written<\/strong>\u00a0communication skills in\u00a0<strong>English<\/strong>. Good command over one the Bank\u2019s other operating languages (Arabic or French) will be viewed favorably.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Age:<\/strong>\u00a032 years or younger by the deadline of the application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be willing to\u00a0<strong>live in Jeddah<\/strong>\u00a0(Saudi Arabia) and travel to undertake country assignments as per business requirements (including rotation to an IsDB Regional Hub).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display a\u00a0<strong>commitment<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>passion<\/strong>\u00a0for IsDB mission and its model of development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Additional Considerations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the above minimum criteria, prospective candidates who have the following will be given priority:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieved a Pass with\u00a0<strong>Distinction or Merit or Honors<\/strong>\u00a0in their Master\u2019s program. Candidates still pursuing their Master\u2019s degree shall submit their\u00a0<strong>latest transcripts<\/strong>\u00a0that display outstanding academic standing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recipient of\u00a0<strong>IsDB Scholarship.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trilingual: Good command of\u00a0<strong>Arabic and\/or French.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess or pursuing a\u00a0<strong>Professional Certification or a PhD<\/strong>\u00a0from a reputable institution in a relevant field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant\u00a0<strong>professional working experience<\/strong>\u00a0in any of the IsDB\u2019s core sectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Specializations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Young Professional Program is dedicated to attracting and nurturing the brightest graduates across a wide range of specializations.
