It allows one to gain valuable work experience, explore career paths, networking with professionals in the field, while earning an income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Objective<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop a talent pipeline of skilled individuals for the core business areas within Vodacom; and to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create opportunities for unemployed graduates with the required qualifications to develop competencies in the digital techco environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate strong potential in the following areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resilience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital savviness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer obsession<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complex problem solving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>South African Citizen by Birth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have 0-1 year working experience post studies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be 26 years old or younger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have obtained a minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have a minimum of a B-degree (B-Com, BSc &amp; B-Tech) qualification<br>(NQF 7).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A 3 year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in the following areas only:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Electrical\/Electronic Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer Software Engineering and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information Systems\/Information Technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before you can apply for a position, please ensure that you meet all of the above criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have fulfilled step one, please click on the \u201cApply Now\u201d button to register and apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019ve registered and applied, we\u2019ll email you confirmation of receipt.
