{"id":30192,"date":"2025-07-11T11:11:48","date_gmt":"2025-07-11T11:11:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/?p=30192"},"modified":"2025-07-11T11:11:52","modified_gmt":"2025-07-11T11:11:52","slug":"dalarna-university-masters-scholarship-in-sweden-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/dalarna-university-masters-scholarship-in-sweden-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Dalarna University Masters Scholarship in Sweden 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Dalarna University Masters Scholarship is a tuition waiver study opportunity for students seeking graduate degrees to study at one of Sweden\u2019s best universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dalarna University Scholarship is worth a sum of SEK90,000 paid as a waiver towards the cost of your tuition for full-time studies in the programme you study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every year, Dalarna University awards partial scholarships to a number of its new international, fee-paying Master\u2019s students who have proven themselves to be outstanding in their educational endeavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dalarna University Masters Scholarships go directly towards a reduction in your tuition fees and will cover between 10 and 50 percent of your total tuition fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The amount that you are awarded is automatically deducted in set amounts each semester over the duration of your programme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For Fresh Students<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuition fee waivers are only available for studying a Master\u2019s degree programme which is offered on-campus. You only need to apply once for your scholarship and you do this before the start of your programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The deadline to apply for a scholarship for studies that commence in the spring 2026 semester is July 15th.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarships for enrolled students<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalarna University offers all students with outstanding academic results a reduction of their tuition fees for continued studies at Dalarna University. In order to qualify for this reduction of tuition fees you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must have studied at least one semester (Master\u2019s level) or two semester\u2019s (Bachelor\u2019s level) within a degree programme that is taught on campus at Dalarna University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be continuing the same degree programme for at least one more semester of full-time study.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have achieved at least 50% results of VG, or a mix of 5 and 4 or a mix of A and B depending on the grading scale used. No courses can have final results lower than a 3 or C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have successfully completed all credits from the first semester\/year by the time the scholarship decision is made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be verified as \u201coutstanding\u201d by the faculty in your programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalarna University offers two types of scholarships for new fee-paying students starting their studies in 2026 or later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may be eligible for two types of scholarship if you study at Dalarna University:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Choose Dalarna First Scholarship \u2013 a 5,000 SEK tuition reduction awarded at the time of admission to students who rank a DU programme first.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Academic Excellence Scholarship \u2013 awarded throughout your programme based on your results.
