class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This initiative is designed to equip young girls, women, and persons with disabilities with in-demand digital and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills that enhance employability, entrepreneurship, and participation in the digital economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fully funded, three-month training programme provides selected participants with practical, hands-on learning across four key digital skill areas, empowering them with the knowledge and experience needed to thrive in today&#8217;s technology-driven world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefits of the Women Environmental Programme (WEP) Digital Skills Development Programme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">Successful participants will receive practical, hands-on training in high-demand digital skills, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Office Suite Essentials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graphic Design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Video Editing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UI\/UX Design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Web Development with WordPress CMS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">These industry-relevant courses are designed to equip participants with the technical skills needed to enhance their employability, style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Eligibility Criteria for the Women Environmental Programme (WEP) Digital Skills Development Programme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">Be a young girl, woman, or person with a disability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be between 15 and 35 years of age.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate a genuine interest in developing digital and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a resident of the Federal Capital Territory
