The Quality Education and Development in Africa (QEDA), in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Youth Development, Unveiling Africa, and SEED Care & Support Foundation, invites applications for the Youth Vanguards for Education (YVE) Fellowship Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The YVE Fellowship is a six-month leadership and capacity-building programme designed to equip young Nigerians with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to champion education reform across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The programme features two months of intensive virtual training<\/strong>, followed by a school immersion internship<\/strong>, where fellows will gain firsthand experience in education advocacy, policy engagement, and innovative solutions that improve learning outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By combining evidence-based learning with hands-on experience, the fellowship empowers participants to become effective advocates and change-makers, helping bridge critical gaps in Nigeria’s education system while driving sustainable and impactful education reforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Successful applicants will gain access to a vibrant network of mentors, education professionals, and fellow Youth Vanguards, fostering collaboration, leadership development, and meaningful impact within Nigeria’s education sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During Phase One<\/strong>, fellows will participate in a two-month virtual training programme covering key areas such as leadership development, soft skills, Africanization, school safeguarding, climate education, advocacy, and early grade reading.
