In line with this ambition, Deloitte is proud to support the Lead2030 Challenge for SDG4 for the fourth year. Working together, Everyone can accelerate innovative&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.fundsforngos.org\/category\/youth-and-adolescents\/\">youth<\/a>-led solutions to achieve inclusive, equitable, and quality education for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Solutions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In line with Deloitte\u2019s ambition to prepare 100 million futures for a world of opportunity by 2030, the challenge seeks to support scalable youth-led solutions that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Utilize innovative approaches and technology<\/li><li>Address root causes of the issue<\/li><li>Demonstrate ability to drive impact and potential to scale<\/li><li>Recognize existing efforts and collaborate with others to accelerate impact<\/li><li>Facilitate opportunities for collective impact, by engaging a wide-range of stakeholders<\/li><li>Improve the quality of, or access to, education and skills&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.fundsforngos.org\/tag\/training\/\">training<\/a>&nbsp;that prepares young people to succeed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Focus Areas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The solutions should drive impact in at least one of the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create skills development or lifelong learning opportunities for young people to prepare for the future workforce.<\/li><li>Accelerate entrepreneurial skills and develop a new generation of job creators.<\/li><li>Improve access to education and skills opportunities for those that may be left behind by the rapidly changing global economy.<\/li><li>Support digital skills and adoption of technologies to empower learners\u2019 access to education and skills development opportunities.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The winning solution will receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sponsorship to participate in the One Young World Summit 2023.<\/li><li>A US$50,000 grant from Deloitte.<\/li><li>12 months of mentorship from a team of Deloitte professionals and partners.
