East-West Center fellowship is open for master and doctoral graduate students. This international fellowship in the USA<\/strong><\/a> provides funding to graduate students studying at the University of Hawai\u2019i or plans to study at Manoa from Asia, the Pacific, and the United States. Fellows will participate in educational, cultural, residential community building, and leadership development programs. Moreover, they will also build up their leadership and communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

East West Centre is an independent, public, non-profit organization established by U.S. Congress in 1960. Since then, it has been working to develop better relations between people and nations of the United States, Asia, and the Pacific through research, collaborative study, and dialogues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a source of information and analysis on critical issues, it has a global network of 65,000 alumni and collaboration with more than 1,100 organizations. EWC is ranked among the best government-affiliated think tanks worldwide. The East-West Centre offers many scholarship programs. Through this EWC fellowship, fellows will interact with each other in multiple intellectual and social activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, since EWC aims to strengthen the Asia-Pacific community, EWC graduate fellows will live together and interact with each other. They will be involved in team-building activities, leadership development projects, and internships. In addition, through the\u00a0fully funded fellowship<\/strong><\/a>, fellows will learn about the Asia-Pacific region, cultural exchange, educational activities, service learning projects, and community service.
