The\u202fprocess takes up to 30 days after\u202fwhich you pick up your visa at the nearest Estonian Embassy.\u202f The usual visa rules and procedures apply.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Remaining in Estonia on the DNV does not entitle you to Estonian citizenship or permanent residency. The program\u2019s participants will have access to daily services and are\u202fable to enroll their children\u202fin Dubai\u2019s public schools.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates must have a current passport, a valid health insurance policy with UAE coverage, employment verification, and a minimum monthly income of $5,000 in order to be eligible.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
