{"id":5638,"date":"2022-10-24T11:03:09","date_gmt":"2022-10-24T11:03:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/?p=5638"},"modified":"2022-10-24T11:03:13","modified_gmt":"2022-10-24T11:03:13","slug":"fulafia-lecturer-arrested-for-assaulting-a-female-teenager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/fulafia-lecturer-arrested-for-assaulting-a-female-teenager\/","title":{"rendered":"FULafia Lecturer arrested for assaulting a female teenager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Nigeria Police Force has arrested of Dr. Fred Ekpa Ayokhai, an associate professor with the Department of History and International Studies, Federal University of Lafia, for assaulting a female teenager in Lafia, Nasarawa state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a statement signed by Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ramhan Nansel It is gratifying to state that, two suspects namely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Dr. Fred Ekpa Ayokhai, an associate professor with the Department of History and International Studies, Federal University of Lafia and one Emmanuela Ekpa Ayokhai have been arrested in connection with the case while the vehicle belonging to Dr. Fred which was used in conveying the victim to a location along Kwandere road, Lafia where she was assaulted has been recovered.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Due to Preliminary investigation, Emmanuela Ekpa Ayokhai and the victim had a misunderstanding over a man named IG. The victim accused Emmanuela of snatching her supposed boyfriend and assaulted her.
