The scholarship is in two categories: The Excellence Scholarship &amp; Opportunity Programme (ESOP) and the ETH-D Scholarship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Excellence Scholarship &amp; Opportunity Programme (ESOP) supports students with a scholarship, mentorship and a network of the ETH Foundation covering the full study and living costs during the master\u2019s programme. The ETH-D Scholarship contains a partial stipend as well as additional offers by the Department (assistantship or additional scholarship).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarship Sponsor(s):&nbsp;<\/strong>ETH Zurich<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarship to be taken in:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/studygreen.info\/tag\/scholarships-in-switzerland\/\">Switzerland<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarship Benefits:&nbsp;<\/strong>Tuition fee waiver, living and study grant (CHF 12\u2019000\/semester)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Number of Awards:&nbsp;<\/strong>Not specified<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Study Level:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/studygreen.info\/tag\/postgraduate\/\">Postgraduate<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;(Masters)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nationality:\u00a0<\/strong>Any nationality<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicants must possess a very good result in Bachelor\u2019s degree programme from a recognized university.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants must demonstrate strong academic and leadership abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants must be willing to abide by the rules and regulations governing the conduct of students at ETH Zurich.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants must be sure that they are reachable under the telephone number specified in their CV as the selection process might include a phone\/VC interview.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants will be required to upload a pre-proposal for their master thesis in addition to the documents for the Master admission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Scholarship Benefits<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The&nbsp;<strong>Excellence Scholarship\/ESOP<\/strong>&nbsp;consists of a scholarship covering living and study expenses (CHF 12\u2019000 per semester) as well as a tuition fee waiver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ESOP is awarded for the regular duration of the Master\u2019s programme (three or four semesters). This also applies for the tuition fee waiver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application Procedures&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>How-to-Apply:&nbsp;<\/strong>Applicants are to apply for the ETH Zurich Excellence scholarships through&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ethz.ch\/en\/studies\/registration-application\/master.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eApply<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;(online Master application).
