The list of citizenships that are eligible for the King Carl Gustaf Scholarship also varies from year to year. Before you submit your application(s), be sure that you&nbsp;read the information about each scholarship thoroughly and that you understand the conditions. You may apply for more than one scholarship, as long as you fulfil the eligibility criteria.&nbsp;You specify all the scholarships that you are applying for, in one scholarship application form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scholarships are only for&nbsp;on-campus programmes based in Uppsala or on Gotland, and for programmes mainly taught at Uppsala University.&nbsp;You can&nbsp;only be awarded a scholarship for programmes that you apply for&nbsp;at&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.universityadmissions.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">universityadmissions.se<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, you cannot be awarded a scholarship for the Joint Nordic Master\u2019s Programme in Environmental Law, Master\u2019s programme in Turkic Studies, Master\u2019s programme in Religion in Peace and Conflict, Master\u2019s programme in Implementation, Transformative Learning and Sustainability or Master\u2019s programme in Biology NABiS Nordic Master in Biodiversity and Systematics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scholarship Requirements:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To be considered for the scholarship, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must be a citizen of a country outside the EU\/EEA and Switzerland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must demonstrate academic talent and show interest in being in an educational environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can only be awarded an Uppsala University Global Scholarship for a Master\u2019s programme at Uppsala University chosen as first priority (the programme which you have ranked the highest of the four programmes you can choose at University Admissions).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must have applied for the Master\u2019s programme before the University Admissions deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must meet the entry requirements for the Master\u2019s programme you applied for. The application fee and your complete supporting documents must be received by University Admissions before the deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anders Wall\u2019s Scholarship for Studies at Uppsala University<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The scholarships will cover the full cost of tuition fees for studies at Uppsala University. It is for degree programmes that start on 28&nbsp;August 2023&nbsp;and are offered during the current admission round. The scholarships will cover the full cost of tuition fees for studies at Uppsala University. It is for Master\u2019s programmes that start on 28&nbsp;August 2023&nbsp;and are offered during the current admission round. The scholarships do not cover living expenses. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Level of study:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Master\u2019s programmes&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must be a citizen of one of the following countries:&nbsp;Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Iraq, Mali, Mexico, Nigeria, Somalia, Syria or Yemen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must show why you are particularly vulnerable and therefore in need of the educational environment at Uppsala University, as well as that you have the academic talent required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can only be awarded a King Carl Gustaf&nbsp;scholarship for a Master\u2019s programme at Uppsala University chosen as first priority (the programme which you have ranked the highest of the four programmes you can choose at University Admissions).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must have applied for the Master\u2019s programme before the University Admissions deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must meet the entry requirements for the programme you applied to. The application fee and your complete supporting documents must be received by University Admissions before the deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method of Application<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to be considered for a scholarship, you must first submit an application for a Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s programme at Uppsala University at&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.universityadmissions.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.universityadmissions.se<\/a>&nbsp;between 17&nbsp;October 2022&nbsp;and 16&nbsp;January 2023. Uppsala University\u2019s programme must be&nbsp;ranked&nbsp;as your first priority of choice. The scholarship application period starts after this step.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.universityadmissions.se\/en\/apply-to-masters\/rank-your-selections-masters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Read more about how to rank your selections.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply for our scholarships, you need to submit an online application form during the scholarship application period.
