This is in a bid to overcome the challenges faced by large number of students when securing appropriate teaching-learning during the GNS teaching belt, and also to as adhere to Covid-19 protocols during the teaching process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new hybrid teaching-learning format which began on the 1st of February 2022, started with an initial two weeks of physical Course Introduction and Sensitization by lecturers then followed by 8 weeks of Online Lectures before students can come back for another two weeks of physical Course Revision, in batches.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To access the eLearning platform, students are to follow the underlisted Guidelines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Students access the portal through the web address&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/elearning.lasu.edu.ng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/elearning.lasu.edu.ng\/<\/a>&nbsp;on any web<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>browser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. The login page is displayed. But if the login page is not displayed, student should click the log in<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>link on the top right corner of the site to access the login page<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. On the <strong>&#8216;Username textbox&#8217;<\/strong> student should type in their Matriculation Number<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. On the <strong>&#8216;Password textbox&#8217;<\/strong> student should type in their Surname in CAPITAL letters<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. From the <strong>&#8216;Dashboard&#8217;<\/strong> the student is given a list of all courses he\/she is enrolled in (ie, GNS 102)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Click on<strong> &#8216;GNS 102&#8217;<\/strong> to access the contents of the course<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. GNS 102 is arranged in weekly format and students are meant to participate in the following activities: <strong>Weekly Lesson (Text), Weekly Video Lesson, and Weekly Quiz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>i. Students <strong>CANNOT<\/strong> access the Lesson note for a particular week until the first day of that week i.e 12:00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Midnight of the first day of the week<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ii. Students <strong>CANNOT<\/strong> access the Lesson note for Week 2 downwards until you have accessed and gone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>through the lesson note for the preceding week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. To access <strong>Weekly Lessons<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Select<strong> &#8216;GNS 102&#8217;<\/strong> from the dashboard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Select the appropriate week<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. Click on the Weekly Lesson note to access it<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. To access <strong>Weekly Video Lessons<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Select <strong>&#8216;GNS 102&#8217;<\/strong> from the dashboard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Select the appropriate week<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. Click on the Weekly Video Lesson note to access and view the video lesson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.To access <strong>Weekly Quiz<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Select <strong>&#8216;GNS 102&#8217;<\/strong> from the dashboard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Select the appropriate week<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. Click on the Weekly Quiz to access it<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d.
