It is an experiential learning program that provides young women with access to the knowledge and resources required to gain fundamental employability skills that strengthen their marketability for a successful career in the 21st Century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"225\" height=\"225\" src=\"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/BMGA.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8337\" srcset=\"https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/BMGA.jpg 225w, https:\/\/presspay.ng\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/BMGA-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The program offers high-level professional development courses, mentorship from graduate students in top global universities, coaching from executives with international experience, exclusive conversations with renowned thought leaders, and life skills that are designed to prepare young women for the future of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>Young women from Africa and Asia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>Final-year students and early-career professionals with not more than three (3) years of post-university work experience. [Women who attended tertiary institutions other than universities are specifically encouraged to apply]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>Excellent academic record: Applicants must have graduated top of their class or be a final year student with a current or cumulative CGPA equivalent to a B+ [UK grade point system].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>Applicants must speak, write, and read English with proficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>Applicants must have regular access to the internet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Application Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Every application is read and reviewed. Applicants should expect to hear back from the selection committee a few weeks after the application deadline.
