With MDF courses available, you can gain the knowledge and experience you need to succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite all those interested in applying to submit their applications before the closing date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the MDF scholarships from 8 February to 30 March 2023.<br>These scholarships are available through the\u00a0MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP)\u00a0and the\u00a0Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Host Country: Netherlands&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Study Abroad:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/scholarshipregion.com\/category\/scholarships\/study-abroad\/europe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Study in Europe<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Category:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/scholarshipregion.com\/category\/scholarships\/postgraduate-scholarships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Postgraduate Scholarships<\/a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/scholarshipregion.com\/category\/scholarships\/postgraduate-scholarships\/masters-scholarships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Masters Scholarships<\/a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/scholarshipregion.com\/category\/scholarships\/training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Training<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligible Countries: All Countries&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reward: Full Scholarship | Monthly Stipends | Accomondation | Visa Assitance&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Details:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Priority areas for the OKP scholarships<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;The Dutch Ministry who is financing the scholarships aims at sustainable capacity development of organisations working in or around one of the four focus areas: First on Sexual and reproductive health and rights, and Security and the rule of law. The others are food security and water. You should indicate in your application when you work in one of these focus areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Each of the Dutch Embassies in the OKP countries works within the policy lines of the Dutch government. Within this framework, they&nbsp;have&nbsp;set priorities for their field of work. For detailed information, please visit the Embassy website to find out more.&nbsp;We would like to emphasize that applications that do not fit with the&nbsp;<strong>Country Focus<\/strong>&nbsp;have a small chance of being selected.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;There is a further priority for people from Sub Saharan Africa and for women.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scholarship Requirements:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for OKP scholarships:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, funder of the NFP OKP and MSP programmes, has set a list of eligible countries. Professionals who are nationals of and work and live in one of these&nbsp;<strong>52 OKP countries&nbsp;<\/strong>can apply.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;You&nbsp;must not be employed by an organisation that has its own means of staff-development. Organisations that are considered to have their own means for staff development are for example:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;multinational corporations (e.g. Shell, Unilever, Microsoft),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;large national and\/or a large commercial organisation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;bilateral donor organisations (e.g. USAID, DFID, Danida, Sida, Dutch Ministry of Foreign affairs, FinAid, AusAid, ADC, SwissAid),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;multilateral donor organisations, (e.g. a UN organization, the World Bank, the IMF, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, IADB),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;international NGO\u2019s (e.g. Oxfam, Plan, Care);<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;You&nbsp;must have an official and valid passport;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;You&nbsp;must not receive more than one fellowship for courses that take place at the same time;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;You&nbsp;must have a&nbsp;<strong>government statement<\/strong>&nbsp;that meets the requirements of the country in which the employer is established (only if applicable, please check&nbsp;<strong>this&nbsp;overview<\/strong>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;you have an&nbsp;<strong>employer\u2019s statement<\/strong>&nbsp;that complies with the format Nuffic has provided. All information must be provided and all commitments that are included in the format must be endorsed in the statement that should be printed on your organisation\u2019s official letterheaded paper;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;You have a&nbsp;good command of English or French&nbsp;to be able to participate fully in the training. MDF Training &amp; Consultancy reserves the right to check this.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duration and Reward<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The full OKP\u00a0scholarships will cover all participants support costs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>travel costs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accommodation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>meals,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>excursions, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>of course the training fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Documents<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The selection procedure at MDF Training &amp; Consultancy, the Dutch Embassy and Nuffic continues as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MDF Training &amp; Consultancy will nominate suitable candidates in Delta;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dutch Embassy in your country will indicate eligibility and suitability based on the Dutch ministries priorities and the Embassy priorities (check their priorities online);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Dutch Embassy will rank each of the eligible candidates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NUFFIC decides based on the available budget who of the candidates will be awarded a sponsorship;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NUFFIC communicates the selected candidates to MDF Training &amp; Consultancy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MDF Training &amp; Consultancy will check with the candidates whether they can accept the sponsorship;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MDF Training &amp; Consultancy informs non-eligible candidates of the reason;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The candidate needs to apply for a visa at the Embassy in her\/his country with a supporting letter from MDF Training &amp; Consultancy as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"skc-doc-0\">Documents Required for Application<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The required documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copy of a valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employers letter, see step 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government statement, see step 1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method of Application<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Check to see if you meet the application criteria. Since the application procedure takes quite some time we<strong>\u00a0advise you to start well in advance!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You only&nbsp;need to apply&nbsp;in&nbsp;Delta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delta is an&nbsp;online registration system of Nuffic&nbsp;where you apply for a scholarship. You can register in&nbsp;Delta about&nbsp;two months before the respective application deadline.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Look at the overview above for available OKP&amp;MSP sponsored courses and read the course description.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before you start in Delta, you need to have all the required documents and information ready, as you will need to submit them online during one session. Learn more on how to apply in Delta (see&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_9fSr_npO8Q\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>guidelines<\/strong><\/a>). &nbsp;Required documents are only accepted in pdf format (max 2 Mb).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your motivation in the registration form: Have this prepared so you can copy\/paste it into the online application form. This motivation will weigh heavily in the selection procedure.
