To prepare students to pursue higher education internationally despite the complex financial challenges that they face, the University of Michigan–Dearborn has decided to award students the International Undergraduate Scholarships for the academic year 2022-2023.

At U-M, scholarships are awarded based on several criteria including academic achievement, personal talents, interests, leadership qualities, financial need, or a combination of these. Funding often reflects the university’s commitment to achieving a diverse student body.

Scholarship Requirements:

To be considered for the scholarship, you must:

• Be an international student that holds a valid visa
• have a GPA of 3.0 and meet the country-specific requirements.
• have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 at UM-Dearborn to renew the scholarship.
• Renewable with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 at UM-Dearborn

Required Documents:

To apply for the scholarship, candidates must be ready to submit the following documents;

• official high school academic documents.
• scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
• IELTS – 6.5
• TOEFL IBT – 80
• TOEFL CBT – 213
• TOEFL PBT – 550
