2024 FCMB HERCCELERATE Program For Nigerians
The First City Monument Bank of Nigeria has called for applications for the 2024 FCMB HERCCELERATE Program.
The FCMB HERCCELERATE Entrepreneurship Program provides a sum of N1.5 million grant to support high-potential women-led technology startups in Nigeria for investments and rapid growth.
The FCMB HERCCELERATE Program is one of the initiative of the organization’s SheVentures program.
SheVentures, FCMB’s women-focused business division, and FCMB’s innovation hub, Hub One, presents HERCCELERATE. This accelerator program is designed to position early-stage, high-potential women-led technology startups in Nigeria for investments and rapid growth.
HERCCELERATE aims to provide selected female founders with coaching, grant funding, technological tools and access to potential investors.
Up to 40 women-led tech startups will be selected to participate in this inaugural edition of HERCCELERATE. Over the next five years, our goal is to empower up to 200 women-led tech startups.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a Nigerian
- Be a female business owner
- Run a high-potential women-led technology startup in Nigeria
- Be determined and passionate about growth

Timeline:
- Calls for applications: September 6th – October 6th
- Assessment and selection of participants for the accelerator: October 6th – October 11th
- Acceleration program: October 14th – November 15th (5 weeks)
- Demo Day: November 29th/30th
