King Abdulaziz University Scholarship offers fully funded scholarships to students pursuing Undergraduate, Master and PhD degrees.
The scholarship typically covers tuition fees, monthly stipends for living expenses, and health insurance for the duration of the student’s academic program.
The King Abdulaziz University Scholarship offers a wide range of academic disciplines and programs, making the scholarship available for various fields of study.
Requirements:
- The Applicant must have a university degree from an accredited college or university and should have a degree with “very good” at least. (Graduation certificates & transcripts have to be certified from Saudi Embassy).
- The Applicant’s age does not exceed (40) years For PhD, and (35) years for Masters.
- The Applicant must have a record of good Conduct and must be medically fit.
- Recommendation letters should be submitted from two of his former professors.
- The Applicant must not have been dismissed from any university in the kingdom.
- An approved exam in English is required for applicant whose first language is not English. The approved exams and minimum required scores are listed below:
(Please note that exams are valid for 2 years from date of exam)
Exception: students graduating in American, British, Canadian, Australian universities.
Admission to Health Sciences Programs (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Applied Medical Sciences, Nursing and others) are unavailable.
Notes:
- Applying for (MA / PhD) programs in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies, an approved English language exam is not required.
- Some Programs might have Additional Eligibility Criteria and Requirements.

Duration:
- Undergraduate: 4 years
- Master’s : 2 years
- Ph.D : 3 years
Required Documents:
- Updated Resume (CV).
- Statement of Purpose Must be in English for all programs except in Islamic Studies and Arabic Language.
- A copy of graduation certificate (certified from Saudi Embassy).
- A copy of transcript (certified from Saudi Embassy).
- Recommendation letters should be submitted from two of his former professors.
- A copy of a valid passport at least one year.
