2024 Russian Government HSE Scholarship
The Russian Government is currently calling on interested and qualified international students to apply for the HSE Scholarship in the top European country of Russia.
The Russian Government HSE Scholarship is a full scholarship program that covers the tuition cost of all selected applicants and will provide an additional stipend to cover living and accommodation expenses.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be an international applicant
- Be new to applying to the HSE University in Russia
- Have a bachelors degree from a reputable university
- Apply for admissions to the university before April 1
Benefits:
- The Russian Government HSE Scholarship provides coverage for the full tuition, accommodation, and living stipends.
- The HSE also offers tuition scholarships to international students who do not meet the criteria for the Russian Government Scholarship.

- Research results: Published thesis, award certificates, etc. to prove their academic achievements and research capabilities.
- Two Recommendation Letters.
- Letter of Motivation
- Photocopy of Passport Photo Page
- CV in Europass Format.
