2025 NSIA Young Leadership Program (NYLP)
The Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority invites young Nigerian graduates to apply for the 2025 NSIA Young Leadership Programme.
The NSIA Young Leadership Program offers young, ambitious, and performance-driven graduates an opportunity to gain direct practical experience in the Authority’s core business areas.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper.
- Maximum age of 26 years by 31st December 2025.
- Completion of NYSC at the time of application and a maximum of two (2) years post-NYSC experience.
- Applicants must be Nigerians.
In addition, candidates should demonstrate the following attributes:
- Appreciable understanding of NSIA’s mandate.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
- Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- High level of pro-activity and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
