Requirements for the Coca-Cola HBC International Leadership Trainee Program

You are encouraged to apply if you:

Have up to three (3) years of post-graduation experience in management, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field (diverse backgrounds are welcome)
Demonstrate early leadership potential through involvement in student organizations, NGOs, sports teams, start-ups, or other leadership initiatives
Are eager to gain experience in a high-performance environment such as sales, digital commerce, commercial finance, or logistics
Are driven, curious, self-motivated, and adaptable
Thrive in dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environments
Value diversity and are open to different cultures, perspectives, and ways of working
Are ambitious and motivated to lead change, projects, and people
Are willing to relocate internationally to accelerate career development
Have one to three (1–3) years of professional experience in any business-related field
Hold a university degree or are in your final year and ready to commit full-time (40 hours per week)
Are fluent in English
Possess conversational proficiency in the local language of the country of application

Have international exposure through work, study, or living abroad (an added advantage)

Selection Process
