The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Flagship Entrepreneurship Programme is open to entrepreneurs across Africa, including those with innovative business ideas and owners of existing businesses. The Foundation strongly encourages applications from ventures leveraging artificial intelligence and green or environmentally sustainable solutions.
Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme Benefits
Selected participants will receive $5,000 in non-refundable seed capital, comprehensive world-class business training, expert mentorship, and access to valuable networks and market opportunities across Africa and beyond.
Requirements for the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme
The programme is open to entrepreneurs operating early-stage businesses that are between 0 and 5 years old at the time of application. This includes both individuals with viable business ideas and founders of existing startups within this age range.
Businesses that have been in operation for more than five (5) years at the time of application are not eligible for consideration. This requirement ensures the programme’s focus on supporting emerging and growth-oriented enterprises with strong potential for scalability and impact.
