National Association of Nigerian Students Joint Campus Council Lagos State Pays a Courtesy Visit to PressPayNg
National Association of Nigerian Students Joint Campus Council(NANS JCC) Lagos State Executives led by Comr. Alimi Lekan Idris paid a courtesy visit to PressPayNg an Education Finance Company Yesterday 22nd of August 2023.
The union was received by PressPayNg Lagos Lead/Finance Advisor Mr. Ayodele Hope. Who explained in detail how the PressPayNg platform works and including how it can be beneficial to students who lack access to conventional sources of funding for their education.
During the visit Comr. Alimi emphasized on the welfarism of it’s students and how the union has set plans in motion to improve access to education financing for all students in Lagos state by liaising with PressPayNg.
The NANS JCC Lagos State Chairman , Comr. Alimi Lekan Idris , expressed his appreciation for the initiative taken by PressPayNg to support students in their educational pursuits. He emphasized the importance of providing financial loan assistance to students, especially in a challenging economic climate in Nigeria and how the body will monitor the students and ensure it gets to the students that need it.
In conclusion the public relation officer in person of Comrade Adu Taiwo Williams extended his heartfelt appreciation to PressPayNg for facilitating this meeting and for the initiative which is expected to help the students and also decrease the rate of dropouts in Lagos state.
