JAMB Issues Out Important Statistics on 2022 UTME.
JAMB has provided some important statistics regarding the just concluded 2022 UTME. According to the information made available via the boards official twitter handle, 1,761,338 candidates registered for the exam out of which 1,707,626 sat for the exam.
The information further revealed that the results of 1,671,203 candidates have so far been released.
The results of 27,105 are said to be undergoing further screening while that of 69 candidates have been withheld.
About 1,783 candidates were said to have been affected by biometric issues and other technical irregularities and were not able to take the exam. According to JAMB, such candidates will be rescheduled to take the exam at a future date.
At the moment, there is no update from the board regarding the opening of online portal for candidates to check their results. However, the board promised to keep the public updated.
